Stop motion McCoy’s crisps ad
This is a commissioned stop motion animation that I created for McCoy’s crisps. The video was made as a thank you to the 100,000 subscribers on their Facebook page as well as a general advert.
This is a short commission in which I was asked to create plasticine models of the hosts from Masterchef Greg Wallace and John Torode for BBC’s ‘The One Show’. It aired at primetime on BBC One – 12/3/13 This was a very last minute project so I had just 2 evenings to complete the models…
This showreel shows some of my favourite stop motion pieces from the past few years. Some fairly old, but also some very new. It’s quite a fun little compilation and it conveys my style quite successfully with the quirky soundtrack accompanying the clips. Music – Funny Old Man -by- The Daniel Pemberton TV Orchestra.
Life is short, not quite as short as this animation, but short, so get animating! I might end up using this (or an edited down version) as a Claynation.co.uk ident to go before or after my films from now on.
Just a little Animation that took about a day to complete. I hope it’s as irritating to watch as it was to make. I do have a good few proper projects in production, in the meantime…. NYAN NYAN NYAN NYAN NYAN NYAN NYAN NYAN NYAN
In late 2014 I graduated an intensive 3 month Stop Motion/Character Animation course taught at the Aardman studio in Bristol, UK and run by the prestigious National Film And Television School.
This is a compilation of some of my favourite animated segments I have created over the past few years. Everything in this showreel has either been animated solely by me, or with me acting as the lead stop motion animator. Music: Rawnald Ericson the Second – Starfucker
